What does Konnect help me do?
Konnect brings prospecting, LinkedIn campaigns, shared inboxes, and AI replies into one workspace. You can also add separate modules for email and customer service as your team needs them.
Can I review AI replies before they go out?
Yes. You can require approval, edit a draft, or write the reply yourself. Automatic sending is an option you configure, and you can pause the AI on individual conversations.
Do I have to use every module?
No. Start with the modules you need. Pricing combines connected LinkedIn account seats with the modules enabled for your workspace; the pricing page explains each charge.
Is this only for LinkedIn?
LinkedIn outreach is part of the platform. Separate modules cover outreach email, personal email replies, and customer service. Personal email stays private to its user; team inboxes serve the shared workflows.
Optional Google connection
Your Google account stays under your control.
Connecting Google is optional. We use Google data for the mailbox, sending, and reply features you enable. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
The openid and email permissions identify your account. The gmail.readonly permission reads messages and thread context; the gmail.send permission sends replies and workspace email through your connected account.
Offline access supports mailbox polling and configured replies while you are away. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. If you enable an AI-assisted workflow, relevant message content may be processed to classify a message or prepare a draft.
You can disconnect in Konnect or revoke access in your Google Account. Read our Google connection details and Privacy Policy.
